Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of practice are you?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

How many preparers work in tax season?

What happens to an inquiry at 9pm in March?

Brillion Studio · Greater Houston

An empty chair in February is a return you won’t file.

[ The real problem ]

A busy March isn’t the goal. Clients who come back are.

Most tax offices spend January on flyers and a sign out front, then compete with $49 software for the same returns. The season fills late, and half of it doesn’t come back next year.

    The $49 app

Filing software advertises all winter. The clients you don’t reach by February file on their phones.

  2. 02

    The Sunday night question

People look for a preparer at night, when the forms arrive. Whoever answers first gets the return, and the ones after it.

    Eight quiet months

The office is packed until April 15 and empty after, but the rent and the staff cost the same all year.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a return cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more one-time returns. You need clients for life.

A client who files with you every year, and brings their business, is worth a decade of returns. We aim everything at people choosing a preparer, answer every inquiry in minutes, and measure the result in returns and clients, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each kind of client you want.

Each service gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about an IRS letter lands on a page about IRS letters.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a return filed.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the practices around you and what they spend on ads. If a practice we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per service

An ad set and a landing page for each service, written for Houston clients and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every inquiry hears back in minutes

Instant replies to forms and messages, day or night, a booking link and a reminder the day before, so more inquiries turn into appointments.

Same question, answered at 8:31 pm
  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, inquiries, appointments and returns, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

Straight terms.

Things tax preparers ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your spend. Ads alone are $1,500 a month up to $1,500 in ads, or $2,995 up to $15,000. With our follow-up team answering every inquiry in minutes, it’s $4,495 or $5,495. No setup fee, month to month.

When should campaigns start?

By early January. Most people choose a preparer once their forms arrive at the end of January, so the ads should already be running when they look.

Are the ads written to the rules?

Yes. Anything about tax work follows IRS Circular 230: nothing misleading, no refund promises and no suggestion of IRS approval. And the ads use only the titles you hold, like CPA or EA.

What about after April?

Bookkeeping, IRS letters and extensions run on their own pages from May to December, so the slow months bring in clients who pay all year.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Offices that want to win on the cheapest return, and offices that can’t answer an inquiry within a day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.
