Privacy Policy

When you contact us, fill out a form, or book a discovery call, we collect the information you give us, typically name, email, company, and the message you send. When you visit the site, we count the visit without cookies. If you allow it in Cookie preferences, we also collect analytics data like pages viewed and approximate location via your IP, and learn when a visit from one of our ads leads to an inquiry or a booked call (see Cookies & Tracking). If you talk with Siris, our voice assistant, we also keep a transcript of the conversation (see Voice Conversations).

Our reporting product at reports.brillionstudio.com lets a client connect their own social and advertising accounts so we can report that account's performance back to them. When a client connects an account, we process data from that platform on the client's behalf, and only because the account owner authorized the connection:

Instagram & Facebook (Meta) — direct messages, the usernames and profile pictures of the people in those conversations, and account and content insights.
Google (Analytics, Ads, and Business Profile) — traffic, campaign, and profile-performance metrics.

We use this data for one purpose: to display it back to the account's owner inside their own dashboard.

We use what you provide to respond to your inquiry, follow up about your project, and (if you opt in) send the occasional update. Analytics data helps us see which pages convert and where to focus our roadmap, and, if you allow marketing cookies, how well our ads work. Data from a connected platform is used solely to provide the reporting service to the account's owner, and is never used for advertising. We never sell your data, and never use it to train AI or machine-learning models. What reaches an advertising platform, and only if you allow it, is set out in Cookies & Tracking.

We keep the information you give us for as long as you are a client or an active prospect, and delete it on request. Data from a connected platform is retained for the life of that connection and is deleted within 30 days of the account being disconnected or the account being closed. Transcripts of voice conversations with Siris are deleted after 90 days. You can request deletion at any time — see Your Rights below.

We protect your data with encryption in transit (HTTPS across the site and the product), and the OAuth tokens that authorize a platform connection are encrypted at rest. Access to a connected account's data is limited to the members of that account and the small team that operates the service.

We keep a few things in your browser so the site works: your cookie choices and what’s in your shop bag. These don’t track you. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views for every visit, without cookies and without identifying you.

Everything else is off until you turn it on in Cookie preferences:

Analytics — Google Analytics records which pages you view and which lead to an inquiry or a booked call. It sets its own cookies.

Marketing — the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) tell those platforms when a visit from one of our ads leads to an inquiry or a booked call, so we can measure our ads. They set their own cookies, and Google and Meta may use them to show our ads to people who have visited the site.

With Marketing on, the Meta pixel also sends Meta a scrambled (hashed) copy of the email address and name you type into a form on this site, so Meta can match the visit to a Facebook or Instagram account and measure our ads. Nothing else you type goes to Meta, and neither platform is sent your phone number or anything you tell Siris. You can change your choices at any time from the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or clear cookies in your browser.

Our site is hosted on Vercel, content is managed via Sanity, form submissions go to our own client database, and discovery calls are booked on Google Calendar. Voice conversations with Siris on the homepage are processed by ElevenLabs and the AI model provider it uses. If you allow them in Cookie preferences, Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and Google Ads and Meta measure our ads (see Cookies & Tracking). When a client connects an account, we also exchange data with that platform's own APIs — Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and Google (Analytics, Ads, Business Profile) — strictly to retrieve the account's own data on the client's behalf. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we share with each one only what it needs for the job described here.

Our services are built for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or under 16 in the EU/UK). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Brillion Studio may contact you by phone call and SMS text message about your inquiry, appointments, and services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The homepage lets you talk out loud with Siris, our AI assistant. Siris is an AI, not a person. Your microphone turns on only after you press Start call and allow it in your browser, and it turns off when you end the call or leave the page.

While a call is running, what you say is sent to ElevenLabs, which runs the voice assistant, and to the AI model provider it uses to write Siris's replies. The call is recorded as a written transcript of both sides so our team can follow up with you. We don't keep an audio recording, and we don't use your voice to identify you.

Transcripts are deleted after 90 days. If you ask us to follow up, what you shared is kept like any other inquiry (see Data Retention). We don't use your conversations to train AI models, and we have turned off ElevenLabs' option to use them to improve its own models. ElevenLabs and the model provider handle your data under their own privacy policies.

Please don't share payment details, passwords, or health or other sensitive information on a call. To have a conversation deleted, email info@brillionstudio.com with roughly when it took place.

You can request a copy of any personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@brillionstudio.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
