See if we’re a fit

Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What do you run?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

What does a typical month bring in?

What’s the plan for Ramadan?

Packed at 10pm. Half empty at 2pm.

[ The real problem ]

More followers isn’t the goal. More regulars is.

Most coffee marketing is sold by the like. You get reach and followers, and most of them live nowhere near your shop.

  1. A plain paper coffee bag on a white table
    01

    Orders that cost you 30%

Delivery apps keep up to 30% of every order, and the customer belongs to the app, not to you.

  2. 02

Packed at 10pm, empty at 2pm

Evenings fill themselves. The afternoon costs the same rent and the same staff, with half the seats empty.

  3. A latte with leaf art beside a string of fairy lights
    03

Posts that bring no one in

A beautiful latte reaches people who already follow you. It doesn’t tell anyone new that you exist.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new regular cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more followers. You need regulars.

A regular who comes in three times a week is worth more than a thousand likes. We aim everything at people nearby, bring them in when you’re quiet, and measure the result in offers redeemed and orders, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each way people find you.

Each offer gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about catering lands on a page about catering.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a regular.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the shops around you and what they spend on ads. If a shop we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call. Selling online? Then we check for a brand that sells what you sell.

  2. 02

We build one page per offer

An ad set and a landing page for each offer, written for Houston and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every first visit gets a reason to return

A first-visit offer, a reminder a week later and a reward on the third visit, so one visit turns into a habit.

  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, offers claimed, offers redeemed and online orders, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a new regular costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who claimed an offer, who came in and who came back, updated daily.

[ Territory ]

One shop per zip code.

We take one coffee house in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your regulars. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things coffee owners ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google, Meta or TikTok, and our management fee, which we quote on the first call once we’ve seen your market.

We sell beans online, not from a shop. Is this for us?

Yes. Brands get the same ads, pages and follow-up, built for orders and subscriptions instead of visits. The zip code rule doesn’t apply online. If we already work with a brand that sells what you sell, we tell you on the first call.

Should we stop using delivery apps?

No. They bring orders you wouldn’t get otherwise. The trouble is relying on them to grow, because the customer belongs to the app. We build the channel you own: people who order from you directly.

When should we start planning for Ramadan?

Now. Ramadan is expected to begin in early February 2027. A campaign takes about two weeks to build and a few more to learn, so starting in the autumn means it’s working before the first night.

We already post on Instagram and TikTok. Isn’t that enough?

Posting reaches people who already follow you. Ads reach people nearby who have never heard of you, at the hours you want them in. The two work well together.

Do you only work in Houston?

Shops, yes: Greater Houston first, so we can visit in person and so our campaigns never compete. Brands can be anywhere, since they sell online.

Who is this not for?

Shops that want to win on the cheapest coffee in town. A discount brings someone in once. We build for the second visit, and the tenth.

It’s not a fit yet.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the coffee. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
