An open exam room doesn’t come back.

[ The real problem ]

A $25 vaccine isn’t the goal. A client for the pet’s whole life is.

Most veterinary marketing chases the cheapest visit in town. You get the appointments, and most of them are one-time shots from people shopping on price.

    01

    The $25 vaccine clinic

A cheap-shot special fills the schedule with people shopping on price. Few of them come back for a wellness exam.

  2. 02

    The Sunday night request

New pet owners look for a vet at night, from their phones. Whoever answers first gets the puppy, and the years after.

    03

Clients you see once a year

A pet that’s due and hasn’t rebooked is a client drifting to the clinic that reminded them first.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new client cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more one-time shots. You need clients for life.

A pet on a wellness plan is worth years of visits. We aim everything at owners looking for a practice, answer every request in minutes, and measure the result in new clients, not clicks.

A campaign we’re running right now.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each kind of client you want.

Each offer gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about a new puppy lands on a page about puppies.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a new client.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the practices around you and what they spend on ads. If a practice we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per offer

An ad set and a landing page for each offer, written for Houston pet owners and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every request hears back in minutes

Instant replies to forms and messages, day or night, a booking link and a reminder the day before, so more requests turn into visits.

Same request, answered at 8:41 pm
  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, requests, appointments and new clients, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a new client costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who booked, who showed up and who became a client, updated daily.

[ Territory ]

One practice per zip code.

We take one veterinary practice in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your clients. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things veterinarians ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your spend. Ads alone are $1,500 a month up to $1,500 in ads, or $2,995 up to $15,000. With our follow-up team answering every inquiry in minutes, it’s $4,495 or $5,495. No setup fee, month to month.

Can the ads reach new pet owners?

Yes. New puppies and kittens, and families new to your side of town, are the two groups every campaign is written for first.

We already post on Instagram. Isn’t that enough?

Posting shows your work to people who already follow you. Ads reach people nearby who have never heard of you and are choosing a vet this month. The two work well together.

Do we have to change our practice software?

Usually not. Most practices run on something like ezyVet, Cornerstone or AVImark. We’ll look at yours on the first call and connect bookings to it where we can.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Practices that want to win on price, and practices that can’t answer a request the same day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.

It’s not a fit yet.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the practice. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
