An empty exam chair doesn’t come back.

[ The real problem ]

A $49 exam isn’t the goal. A patient for life is.

Most optometry marketing chases the cheapest exam in town. You fill the chair, and most of those patients walk out with a prescription and buy their glasses online.

    01

The prescription that walks out the door

A cheap-exam special brings in people who take the prescription and buy their frames somewhere else.

  2. 02

    The Sunday night request

Patients look for an eye doctor at night, from their phones. Whoever answers first gets the exam, and the years after.

  3. Rows of glasses in a shop display
    03

Patients you see every three years

A patient who is overdue and hasn’t rebooked is drifting to the practice that reminded them first.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new patient cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more one-time exams. You need patients for life.

A patient who buys frames here and comes back each year is worth a decade of visits. We aim everything at people choosing an eye doctor, answer every request in minutes, and measure the result in new patients, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each kind of patient you want.

Each offer gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about contacts lands on a page about contacts.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a new patient.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the practices around you and what they spend on ads. If a practice we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per offer

An ad set and a landing page for each offer, written for Houston patients and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every request hears back in minutes

Instant replies to forms and messages, day or night, a booking link and a reminder the day before, so more requests turn into exams.

Same request, answered at 7:56 pm
  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, requests, appointments and new patients, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a new patient costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who booked, who showed up and who became a patient, updated daily.

[ Territory ]

One practice per zip code.

We take one optometry practice in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your patients. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things optometrists ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your spend. Ads alone are $1,500 a month up to $1,500 in ads, or $2,995 up to $15,000. With our follow-up team answering every inquiry in minutes, it’s $4,495 or $5,495. No setup fee, month to month.

Do you advertise to patients with vision plans?

Yes. Many people search by their plan, so the pages say which plans you take and the ads reach people looking for them.

Can the ads sell frames, not just exams?

Yes. Frame and contact lens campaigns run on their own pages, aimed at people who want to buy their next pair from someone they trust.

Do we have to change our practice software?

Usually not. Most practices run on something like RevolutionEHR, Compulink or OfficeMate. We’ll look at yours on the first call and connect bookings to it where we can.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Practices that want to win on the cheapest exam, and practices that can’t answer a request the same day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.

It’s not a fit yet.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the practice. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
