We build the ads, the landing pages and the follow-up that book new patients for Greater Houston chiropractors, and keep them coming back through a care plan. Month to month, with every inquiry, exam and visit in a live console.

  • One practice per zip code

Step 1 of 5

What kind of practice are you?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

How many doctors see patients?

What happens to a form filled in at 9pm?

[ The real problem ]

A $29 first visit isn’t the goal. A patient who finishes care is.

Most chiropractic marketing is sold by the lead. You get coupon-seekers and form fills, and most of them come once.

    01

    The $29 adjustment

A coupon fills the table with people shopping on price. Few of them start a care plan.

  2. 02

    The 9pm form

People look for a chiropractor at night, from their phones. Whoever answers first gets the exam.

  3. A man sitting by a bright window with a hand on his lower back
    03

Care plans that stop at visit three

The patient feels better, stops booking and comes back a year later, if they come back to you at all.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new patient cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more coupon patients. You need patients who start care.

A patient who finishes a care plan and stays on maintenance is worth more than a hundred one-time visits. We aim everything at people ready to start care, answer every inquiry in minutes, and measure the result in new patients, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each kind of patient you want.

Each offer gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about sports care lands on a page about sports care.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a new patient.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the practices around you and what they spend on ads. If a practice we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per offer

An ad set and a landing page for each offer, written to Meta’s rules for health ads and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every inquiry hears back in minutes

Instant replies to forms and messages, day or night, a booking link and a reminder the day before, so more inquiries turn into exams.

  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, inquiries, exams and new patients, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a new patient costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who booked an exam, who showed up and who started care, updated daily.

One practice per zip code.

We take one chiropractor in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your patients. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things chiropractors ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our management fee, which we quote on the first call once we’ve seen your market.

Can our ads ask about back pain?

Not the way most practices write them. Meta doesn’t allow ads that assert or imply a reader’s health condition, so “Is your back killing you?” gets rejected. We write about what you treat and who you help instead.

We already post on Instagram. Isn’t that enough?

Posting shows your work to people who already follow you. Ads reach people nearby who have never heard of you and are choosing a chiropractor this month. The two work well together.

Do we have to change our practice software?

Usually not. Most practices run on something like ChiroTouch, Jane or Genesis. We’ll look at yours on the first call and connect bookings to it where we can.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Practices that want to win on price, and practices that can’t answer an inquiry the same day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the practice. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
