Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of school are you?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

How many open seats for next year?

What happens to a tour request at 9pm?

A seat empty in September stays empty all year.

[ The real problem ]

A busy open house isn’t the goal. Enrolled families are.

Most schools fill on word of mouth and one open house a year. The seats that don’t fill by spring stay empty until the next fall, at the full cost of a teacher.

    01

    The tour that never enrolls

Families tour five schools. The one that follows up with an application date is the one they choose.

  2. 02

    The Sunday night tour request

Parents research schools at night, after bedtime. The school that answers first gets the tour.

  3. A classroom of desks before the children arrive
    03

    Seats open in August

A seat that isn’t filled by the first day stays empty all year, and so does its tuition.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what an enrolled family cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need a bigger open house. You need tours every week.

An enrolled family is worth years of tuition, and their younger children after them. We aim everything at parents choosing a school, answer every tour request in minutes, and measure the result in enrolled families, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each program you need to fill.

Each program gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so a parent who clicked about Montessori lands on a page about Montessori.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to an enrolled family.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the schools around you and what they spend on ads. If a school we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per program

An ad set and a landing page for each program, written for Houston parents and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every tour request hears back in minutes

Instant replies to forms and messages, day or night, a link to book a tour and a reminder the day before, so more requests turn into tours.

Same request, answered at 9:11 pm
  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, inquiries, tours and enrollments, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what an enrolled family costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who booked a tour, who came and who enrolled, updated daily.

[ Territory ]

One school per zip code.

We take one private school in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your families. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things school leaders ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your spend. Ads alone are $1,500 a month up to $1,500 in ads, or $2,995 up to $15,000. With our follow-up team answering every inquiry in minutes, it’s $4,495 or $5,495. No setup fee, month to month.

When do families start looking?

Most start in the fall and winter for the next school year, and a second wave comes in spring and summer from families moving to Houston. The campaigns run through both.

Do the ads show children?

Only with your permission and your families’ consent. Ads that show classrooms, materials and teachers work well too, and we can build them that way.

Can you work with our admissions software?

Usually. Most schools run on something like Blackbaud, FACTS or Transparent Classroom. We’ll look at yours on the first call and connect inquiries to it where we can.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Schools that want to compete on the lowest tuition, and schools that can’t answer a tour request within a day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the school. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
