[ For Houston gym owners ]

Stop competing with $15 gyms. Start signing members who stay.

We build the ads, the landing pages and the follow-up that bring Greater Houston gyms and studios new members, not just free-trial sign-ups. Month to month, with every lead, trial and new member in a live console.

  • One gym per zip code
  • Month to month, no contract
  • Ad accounts stay in your name

Built for gyms ready to put $1,500+ a month into ads.

Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of gym do you run?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

How many active members do you have?

What happens when a trial doesn’t show?

Brillion Studio · Greater Houston

A half-empty class costs the same to run as a full one.

[ The real problem ]

More sign-ups isn’t the goal. Members who stay are.

Most gym marketing is sold by the lead. You get a list of free-trial sign-ups, and most of them were never going to join.

  1. A row of empty treadmills in a bright gym
    01

Deals that bring the wrong people

A $1 first month fills January with people shopping on price. Few of them are still coming in March.

  2. 02

    Trials that never walk in

Someone books a free class on Sunday night. Nobody reminds them, nobody calls when they miss it, and they don’t come back.

  3. An empty reformer studio in daylight
    03

    Classes you’ve already paid for

Rent and your coaches cost the same whether the 12:15 has two people in it or twelve.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new member cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more free trials. You need more members who stay.

One member who stays a year is worth more than a crowd who came for a free week. We aim everything at people ready to join, follow up with every trial, and measure the result in new members, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each kind of member you want.

Each offer gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about personal training lands on a page about personal training.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a new member.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the gyms around you and what they spend on ads. If a gym we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per offer

An ad set and a landing page for each offer, written for Houston and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every trial hears back in minutes

Instant text replies, a booking link and a reminder the night before, so more of the people who book a trial actually walk in.

  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, trials booked, trials that showed and new members, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a new member costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who booked a trial, who showed up and who joined, updated daily.

[ Territory ]

One gym per zip code.

We take one gym in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your members. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things gym owners ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our management fee, which we quote on the first call once we’ve seen your market.

We already post on Instagram. Isn’t that enough?

Posting shows your classes to people who already follow you. Ads reach people nearby who have never heard of you and are choosing a gym this month. The two work well together.

Do we have to change our booking software?

Usually not. We’ll look at what you use on the first call and connect trial bookings to it where we can.

Isn’t January the only month that works?

January is when every gym advertises. We plan the whole year, so you aren’t relying on one month to carry the other eleven.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Gyms that want to win on price, and gyms that can’t follow up with a trial the same day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the gym. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
