[ For Houston pest control companies ]

Stop selling one-time sprays. Start signing quarterly plans.

We build the ads, the landing pages and the follow-up that bring Greater Houston pest control companies quarterly plans, termite work and mosquito season. Month to month, with every lead, visit and signed plan in a live console.

  • One company per zip code
  • Month to month, no contract
  • Ad accounts stay in your name

Built for companies ready to put $1,500+ a month into ads.

Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What’s most of your work today?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

How many technicians run routes?

How many customers are still on a plan after a year?

Brillion Studio · Greater Houston

Every empty stop is a route that didn’t pay.

[ The real problem ]

More one-time jobs isn’t the goal. Customers who renew are.

Most pest control leads are bought, shared and priced for a single visit. You get the calls, and most of them are one-time sprays.

    The one-time $99 spray

A special fills the route with single visits, from homeowners who’ll call someone else next time.

  2. 02

    The Saturday text

People find pests on weekends. Whoever answers first gets the first visit, and the plan after it.

  3. 03

A busy May, a quiet December

Spring and summer fill themselves. Winter decides the year, and plans are what keep it booked.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new plan customer cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more one-time sprays. You need more customers on a plan.

A customer on a quarterly plan is worth years of one-time visits. We aim everything at people ready to sign a plan, answer every request in minutes, and measure the result in plans signed, not clicks.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each job you want more of.

Each service gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so someone who clicked about termites lands on a page about termites.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a booked job.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the companies around you and what they spend on ads. If a business in your trade we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per service

An ad set and a landing page for each service, written for Houston homeowners and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every lead hears back in minutes

Instant text replies and call-back reminders, including after hours and while you’re on a job, so a new customer isn’t left waiting until tomorrow.

  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, leads, booked jobs and cost per booked job, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a new plan customer costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who asked for a visit, who signed a plan and what each one cost you, updated daily.

One company per zip code.

We take one business per trade in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your customers. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things pest control companies ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our management fee, which we quote on the first call once we’ve seen your market.

Do you use lead sites like Angi or HomeAdvisor?

No. Leads come from ads in your own accounts, to your own landing pages, and nobody else is sold the same homeowner.

Can the ads sell plans instead of one-time visits?

Yes, that’s the point. The ad, the landing page and the follow-up all offer the plan first, with a one-time visit only if you want it on the menu.

What about the slow months?

We plan for them from the first call: termite inspections before swarm season, rodent work when it cools off, so the route stays full.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Companies that only want one-time sprays, and companies that can’t get to a new customer within a few days.
