Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of firm are you?

What do you want more of?

What could you put into ads each month?

How busy is your team from May to December?

What happens to a new client’s inquiry in March?

Brillion Studio · Greater Houston

Tax season ends. The rent doesn’t.

[ The real problem ]

More inquiries isn’t the goal. The right clients are.

Most firms grow by referral, one client at a time. And new clients tend to arrive in March, when there’s no room for them.

  1. A Form 1040, a phone calculator and a pen on a dark desk
    01

    The price shopper in March

Many tax-season inquiries want a price for one return. They pick the cheapest, and you do it all again next March.

  2. 02

    Four months paying for twelve

January to April pays for the year. The rest of it, the team, the software and the rent cost the same, with half the work.

  3. Two men talking over a tablet at a table by a window
    03

The referral you can’t turn up

Referrals bring good clients, but only as many as your clients happen to mention you. You can’t ask for more in June.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a new client cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more inquiries. You need monthly clients.

One business on a monthly engagement can be worth a season of individual returns. We aim everything at owners who need bookkeeping, business tax and advisory, answer every inquiry in minutes, and measure the result in signed engagements, not clicks.

Not a local service business: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

One campaign for each engagement you want.

Each one gets its own ad, its own landing page and its own follow-up, so an owner who searched for bookkeeping lands on a page about bookkeeping.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a signed engagement.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the firms around you and what they spend on ads. If a firm we already work with covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per service

An ad set and a landing page for each, in your firm’s licensed name, and reviewed by you before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every inquiry hears back in minutes

Even in March. Instant replies and a link to book a call for when you have room, so a tax-season inquiry still becomes a client.

  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, inquiries, consults and signed engagements, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who asked, who met with you and who signed, updated daily.

We take one CPA firm in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your clients. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things CPAs ask first.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our flat monthly fee, never a percentage of your spend. Ads alone are $1,500 a month up to $1,500 in ads, or $2,995 up to $15,000. With our follow-up team answering every inquiry in minutes, it’s $4,495 or $5,495. No setup fee, month to month.

When should campaigns start?

Now, for the work that runs all year. Bookkeeping and advisory clients signed in the fall are settled in before January, business returns are due March 15, 2027, and individual returns April 15.

Will this bury us in tax season?

No. We can narrow or pause campaigns from February to April, and every inquiry still gets an answer and a link to book a call for when you have room.

Are the ads written to the rules?

Yes. They follow the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy’s advertising rule and, for anything about tax work, IRS Circular 230: nothing misleading, no IRS names or logos that suggest an endorsement, and no promised refunds. You approve every ad, and we keep a copy of each one for 36 months.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Firms that want to compete on the cheapest return, and firms that can’t answer an inquiry within a day. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.
