Brillion Studio Fee-for-service · Greater Houston Check your zip code

[ For Houston dental practices ]

Stop filling chairs at PPO rates. Start booking fee-for-service patients.

A fee-for-service patient pays your full fee. A PPO patient pays a contracted rate for the same hour in the same chair. We build the ads, the landing pages and the follow-up that bring Greater Houston practices more of the first kind, month to month, with every lead and booked appointment in a live console.

  • One practice per zip code
  • Month to month, no contract
  • Ad accounts stay in your name

Built for practices ready to put $3,000+ a month into ads.

Five questions, about a minute. If it’s a fit, you pick a call time on the next screen.

Step 1 of 5

What kind of practice do you run?

Roughly how many of your patients are on PPO plans?

What could you put into ads each month?

How many operatories do you have?

Who answers new-patient calls after 5pm?

Every open slot costs the same as a booked one.

[ The real problem ]

A full schedule isn’t the goal. A full fee is.

Most dental marketing is sold by the lead and aimed at insurance shoppers. You get volume, at a discount.

  1. A hygienist cleaning a patient's teeth
    01

    Busy chairs, thin fees

A schedule full of PPO patients looks full and collects a contracted fee. Same chair time, less in the bank.

  2. A clinician on the phone at a laptop
    02

    Calls that ring out

New patients call when the front desk is busy or gone for the day. A voicemail doesn’t book a consult.

  3. An empty dental chair in afternoon light
    03

    Patients who shop by network

Ads that lead with “we take your insurance” bring people choosing from a list. They leave when the list changes.

  4. 04

    A report you can’t check

Clicks and impressions once a month, in a PDF. Nobody can tell you what a booked implant consult cost.

[ The shift ]

You don’t need more patients. You need more who pay your full fee.

In some practices a fee-for-service hour is worth twice a PPO hour in the same chair. We aim the ads at people choosing a dentist for the care, not the network, and we measure the result in booked appointments, not clicks.

Not a dental practice: an e-commerce brand on TikTok, 1 to 25 September 2026. It’s here because the same team builds your campaigns, and this is what the work looks like when it’s working.

[ Where we aim ]

Aim at the care insurance barely covers.

Most plans pay little toward implants, aligners or veneers, so these patients choose a practice on trust and results, not a network list. Each gets its own ad, page and follow-up.

[ How it works ]

From your zip code to a booked consult.

  1. 01

    We check your territory

Your zip codes, the practices around you and what they spend on ads. If another practice we work with already covers your area, we tell you on the first call.

  2. 02

We build one page per case

An ad set and a landing page for each case type, written for Houston patients and reviewed before anything runs.

  3. 03

Every lead hears back in minutes

Instant text replies and call-back reminders for your front desk, including after hours, so a new patient isn’t left waiting until tomorrow.

  4. 04

You watch it in a live console

Spend, leads, booked consults and cost per consult, by day. It’s the same console our other clients use.

[ The console ]

Know what a booked consult costs.

Not clicks, not impressions. What you spent, who called, who booked and what each booked consult cost you, updated daily.

[ Territory ]

One practice per zip code.

We take one practice in each area, so we’re never bidding against ourselves for your patients. Greater Houston first.

Straight terms.

Things practices ask first.

We’re in-network with PPOs. Is this for us?

Yes. Most practices we talk to are. The aim isn’t to drop your plans overnight, it’s to shift the mix toward patients who pay your full fee, one booked appointment at a time.

What does it cost?

Two parts. Your ad budget, which you pay straight to Google and Meta, and our management fee, which we quote on the first call once we’ve seen your market.

Do you only work in Houston?

For now, yes. Greater Houston first, so we can meet in person and so our campaigns never compete with each other.

Do we need a new website?

No. Each campaign gets its own landing page, so your main site stays as it is.

How soon do campaigns go live?

Usually within two weeks of the first call. The first month is mostly learning what your market responds to, and the console shows you that as it happens.

Who is this not for?

Practices that want coupon traffic, and practices that can’t answer the phone for new patients. We can help with the second one. We won’t do the first.

That’s usually budget or timing, not the practice. Leave your email and we’ll tell you when it makes sense to talk.
